Part two of our Galveston Shoot-out blog feature! After a busy morning at the beach, we all met back at our condo for lunch and a little relaxation before gearing up for the afternoon shoot. Super excited about this one 🙂 Angie & I chose Galveston as our destination because of the cute carnival on the pier (Pleasure Pier)…we both had very different ideas about what type of styling the carnival wardrobe should have…so we compromised! I got my ’50’s girls (Mercy & Morgan), and Angie got her ‘gypsy’ girls (Mahli & Caroline)! We split our group into 2 sections, and wandered up and down the pier shooting in different nooks. It certainly wasn’t the easiest location I’ve ever shot at…between the crowds, the wind and the harsh sunlight, we had our work cut out for us! These certainly aren’t perfect images, but I still love them <3 Our models got stopped numerous times during this shoot to pose with random carnival goers…pretty sure people thought they were one of the attractions, haha!
